Elite Soccer School's Why
Our Purpose
Elite Soccer School was created around a feeling. The feeling of a kid that shaved his head in 1998 to look like his hero Ronaldo before the France World Cup. The feeling of eternal happiness when you see a player score a goal and hug his teammates, while the team parents jump up and down. The face of pride the parents have when it's their child who scored. That moment that the parents know waking up at 6 am to prepare the team snacks and pack their players bag with both uniforms was worth it. That all the early morning soccer games and late practice nights before have served its purpose.
Then it hit me, why not help players have more of these moments? To create soccer training sessions designed for this feeling to occur more often! For players to love to be in front of the goal during the end of the game instead of fearing it. To see a goalie and smile, knowing they were going to go score on them because they have been in the situation a hundred times before.
This is Our Mission Statement.
To help every soccer player that comes into our program gain more knowledge and understanding of the game, and to better equip them with the right fundamentals to be successful on it. We will help and encourage players to play with purpose and confidence, no matter the field or opponent. We will hold players accountable to set high standards for themselves and to push through adversity to overcome what they desire. We will help players see their full potential and inspire them to be their best every day. We will create a safe environment, where every player will not be afraid of failing, but to seek improvement and challenges to continue to improve. To teach them to respect the game and to love the process of improving. That is the Elite Soccer School way.
